General Terms

metbel is an online betting and casino gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between metbel and each user ("Player") of the platform.

By accessing or using the metbel website (metbel.cam), its mobile version, or any associated platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Along with these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply and are considered an inseparable part of this agreement.

Account Registration

A personal account must be created to enjoy all services on metbel. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, both accounts will be permanently closed.
• An active mobile number and a valid email address are required to complete registration.
• The user's name, mobile number, and payment details must all be in the same person's name.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep the account password confidential.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

metbel may at any time request a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawal requests may be held until the verification process is complete. Providing false information will result in the account being closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Age Limit and Eligibility

To register and use gaming services on metbel, a user must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be capable of managing an account independently and of their own free will.
• Must not have been banned from online gaming by any court or authority.
• Registration is not permitted from any country or region where online betting is completely prohibited.

As part of the age verification process, metbel may request a copy of a government-issued ID at any time. If a violation of the age limit is proven, the account will be permanently closed and no bonuses or winnings will be returned.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Bonus-related wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• metbel reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on metbel are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

metbel regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. It is mandatory to carefully read the relevant terms and conditions before claiming these benefits.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• Newly registered players will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• To make the bonus withdrawable, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the original bonus amount must be met.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• metbel reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Having multiple bonuses active at the same time is generally not permitted, unless stated otherwise in a specific offer.
• Separate terms may apply when combining VIP cashback and other formal benefits with bonuses.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on metbel are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Players must participate honestly and responsibly.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which may change from time to time. Users may also set their own betting limits as part of responsible gaming.

6.2 Technical Errors

If an abnormality in game results occurs due to a software or communication error, metbel reserves the right to cancel that round or bet and return the original amount. There is no obligation to pay out abnormal winnings resulting from an error.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

A bet once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a match is cancelled or suspended in a live event such as cricket or football, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in the permanent closure of the account and all deposited and earned funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using false or falsified identity documents.
• Strategically operating accounts to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to influence game results through match fixing or any other dishonest method.
• Attempting to access the system using hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal account information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.

Account Suspension and Closure

metbel reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these terms and conditions.
• If the information provided during registration is false or incomplete.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• If there has been no activity on the account for an extended period (365 days or more).
• If the user themselves submits a request to close the account.
• If a self-exclusion request is made as part of responsible gaming.

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. Any legitimately earned balance at the time of account closure will be returned (subject to bonus wagering requirements being met).
